Fourteen Estates Response: It is one window out of 47 windows and doors installed in this home. This can be easily fixed and adjusted during construction. All windows and doors are adjusted to ensure proper function by the manufacturer before caulking, which is what we do on every project.  The pictures shown here only represents one window which could have been addressed while we were on site.
