Claims:

  1. Drywall was not installed in an “industry standard“ way.
  2. Most of the seams cracked.
  3. The client asked for the drywall to be hung in a staggered way but Fourteen Estates said that this is the way they hang drywall in ALL of their garages.

Fourteen Estates Response: This same post was repeated multiple times. Cracks in mudding are due to normal shrinkage. This would have been touched up prior to completion. The house was not completed due to non-payment and Fourteen Estates had to withdraw from the project.
